1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the SJ One platform — including the website at sjone.xyz, the SJ One mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SJ One ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by simojibou.

2. Eligibility

To use SJ One, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the platform
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. SJ Store — E-Commerce Terms

4.1 Buying and Selling

SJ Store is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. When you make a purchase through SJ Store:

• Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise specified
• All transactions are final unless a refund is approved under our refund policy
• Product listings must accurately represent the items being sold
• Sellers are responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of their products

4.2 Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed or sold on SJ Store:

• Illegal goods or substances under Moroccan law
• Counterfeit or stolen merchandise
• Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Adult content or services prohibited by local law

5. SJ Wallet — Financial Services Terms

SJ Wallet provides digital payment and Web3 wallet functionality. By using SJ Wallet, you acknowledge:

• Peer-to-Peer Transfers: SJ Wallet enables P2P money transfers between users. You are responsible for verifying recipient information before completing transactions
• Cryptocurrency: Web3 features allow interaction with blockchain networks (TON, Solana, EVM). Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and we are not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses or blockchain network issues
• No Financial Advice: SJ One does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Any cryptocurrency-related features are provided as tools, not recommendations
• Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that digital currencies are volatile and carry inherent risks including total loss of value

6. SJ Delivery — Delivery Service Terms

SJ Delivery connects users with independent delivery drivers. By using SJ Delivery:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
• You must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, demand, and order size
• SJ One is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Issues with food quality are the responsibility of the restaurant, not SJ One

7. Content and User Conduct

7.1 User-Generated Content

You may create, upload, and share content through SJ Community, SJ Shorts, stories, and other features. By posting content, you:

• Grant SJ One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform
• Retain ownership of your original content
• Represent that you have the right to share such content

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

When using SJ One, you agree not to:

• Post illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful content
• Engage in spam, phishing, or scam activities
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Manipulate the platform through fake accounts, fake reviews, or artificial engagement

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the SJ One platform — including but not limited to the SJ brand, logos, design, software, text, images, and graphics — are owned by SJ One or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or use any part of the Service without prior written permission from SJ One.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SJ One and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or data
• Cryptocurrency losses or blockchain-related issues

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data (subject to our data retention policy)
• Pending transactions may be cancelled
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app, email, or by posting on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
